Getting started
What is Bopbee?
Bopbee publishes your files on the web. Upload a PDF, a photo, or a website ZIP and get a public link in minutes. See What is Bopbee?.
How do I share a PDF or an image?
Click New project, choose Upload, and drop your file. Supported formats include PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, MP4, MP3, and Office documents. See Share a PDF or image.
How do I publish a static website?
Put your site files in a ZIP with index.html at the root. See Create my first website.
What is the difference between viewer mode and code mode?
Bopbee picks the mode from your first upload. Viewer mode is for documents and media. Code mode is for static websites. You cannot switch on an existing project. See Viewer mode vs code mode.
File formats and uploads
What file formats are supported?
Websites: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, fonts. Documents: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX. Media: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, SVG, MP4, MP3, WAV. See Supported file formats.
Can I add several files to one project?
Yes. Multiple files appear as tabs in viewer mode. See Add multiple files.
Hosting
How long do my projects stay online?
While your subscription is active. Starter has extra rules for concurrent deployments and inactivity. See How long will my project stay online?.
Why is my deployment no longer reachable?
Billing
Is Bopbee free?
Starter is free. Paid plans add higher quotas and features. See Plans and pricing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Sites stay online until the end of the billing period. See Cancel subscription.
Traffic
What is the monthly visit quota?
A team-wide limit on page views per month. See Monthly visit quota.
Privacy and domains
Are my projects public?
Yes, by default. Use password protection to restrict access. See Password-protect a site.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Solo and higher. See Connect a custom domain.
Platform
Do you support PHP?
Not in file uploads. Use static HTML/CSS/JS via upload.
Do you support WordPress?
Not the full PHP/MySQL version. You can upload a static export of your site (for example with WP2Static).
Account management
How do I delete a project?
Open Project settings, scroll to the Danger zone, and confirm deletion. See Delete a project.
How do I delete my account?
Go to User settings in the app. See Delete your account.
