How Bopbee counts visits and what happens at the limit.
Each plan includes a maximum number of visits per month for your whole team. All active projects and domains share the same allowance.

What counts as a visit
- Opening an HTML page on your site (each distinct URL counts)
- Opening a file served directly, like a PDF link
- Each browser load of a counted page (refresh counts again)
Only successful requests (2xx/3xx) are counted.
What is NOT counted
- Images, CSS, JavaScript, fonts, and other static assets
- Search engine crawlers and most bots
- Security scans and suspicious requests
favicon.ico,robots.txt, and health checks
Reset
The counter resets on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC. Previous month usage is not carried over.
Alerts and blocking
- Email alerts to owners and admins at 80% and 100% of quota.
- At the limit, new visitors may see a temporary "site unavailable" message until the next reset or an upgrade.
- Your dashboard and project settings stay accessible.
