Delete your account

Permanently delete your Bopbee account and all associated data.

You can delete your account at any time from User settings in the app.

Remove your account and all associated data permanently.

Account deletion is in User settings, separate from project settings.

What is deleted

Account deletion is permanent and removes:

  • All your teams (where you are the sole owner)
  • All projects, deployments, and uploads
  • Billing data associated with your account

This action cannot be undone. Export anything you need before continuing.

Before you delete

Save your work

Export or download files, links, or analytics you still need.

Cancel subscriptions

Cancel paid subscriptions if you no longer want to be billed.

Handle shared teams

If you share teams with others, transfer ownership or leave those teams first. Deleting your account can remove teams you solely own.
