Check deployment status and common causes when a link stops working.

Common causes

  • The project or team was deleted.
  • A new deployment replaced the old one (Starter plan allows only one active deployment per team).
  • The container failed to start.
  • Starter inactivity stopped the container after 30 days without a dashboard visit.
  • Monthly visit quota was exceeded.

What to do

1Check status
2Read logs
3Redeploy
4Reset timer
Work through these steps to restore your public link.

Check status

Open the project page and review the latest deployment status.

Read logs

Look for errors in deployment logs.

Redeploy or rollback

Try Redeploy or Rollback to a previous version.

Reset inactivity

If on Starter, visit the dashboard to reset the inactivity timer.

If the link shows a Bopbee "deployment not found" page, the hostname no longer points to an active deployment.
