What to do
Create a real ZIP
- Mac: right-click the folder → Compress.
- Windows: Send to → Compressed (zipped) folder.
Avoid renamed archives
Do not rename .rar or .7z files to .zip.
Remove encryption
Remove password protection when creating the archive.
Check contents
Make sure the ZIP contains at least one supported file.
